Check-In & Check-Out Times:
Check-In: From 3:00 PM onwards
Check-Out: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, depending on availability. Please contact me in advance to make arrangements.
Housekeeping:
The apartment is cleaned before your arrival. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request, including daily cleaning or towel and linen changes. Charges may apply for additional services.
Note – Maximum 10 People are allowed at the property at once, and will be requiring ID proofs for every guest entering the premises.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any potential damages or losses during your stay. This will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no issues.

Late Check-Out Fee: 1000 AED

The apartment is located in a high-end resort, so please be mindful of noise levels, especially during the evening hours, to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and residents.
Smoking Policy:
The apartment is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please respect this policy to maintain a fresh and clean environment for all guests.
Pet Policy:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. The resort itself may have specific pet-friendly areas, but pets are not permitted inside the residential apartments.
Parking:
The apartment comes with complimentary parking for guests, and valet service is available. Please inform me if you require parking for more than one vehicle, and I’ll assist with arrangements.
Wi-Fi & Technology:
The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms. You’ll have access to streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and more. The apartment also features smart home technology to enhance your convenience and comfort.
Kitchen & Appliances:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water will be provided on arrival.
Beach & Pool Access:
Guests have direct access to the private beach and outdoor pools. Towels and sunbeds are provided for your convenience, but please be aware that the availability of sunbeds can vary, especially during peak times.
Local Attractions & Transportation:
The resort is ideally located for easy access to Dubai’s top attractions such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Marina. Taxis, private drivers, and rental cars are easily available at the resort, and I’m happy to assist with arranging transportation.
Health & Safety:
The apartment and resort comply with local health and safety standards. A first aid kit is available in the apartment, and there are emergency exits and fire alarms in place. In case of any emergencies, please do not hesitate to contact me or the resort’s 24-hour concierge.
Respect for the Property:
Please treat the apartment and all resort facilities with care and respect. Any damages or issues during your stay should be reported immediately, so they can be addressed in a timely manner.
