Our thoughtfully designed 1-Bedroom Family Apartment is located in the heart of Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, just opposite the famous Nakheel Mall. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and is situated within a fully serviced 5-Star lifestyle hotel, the Andaz Dubai The Palm by Hyatt.
The apartment provides you with access to a range of amenities, such as access to the community’s beach and family pool overlooking Burj Al Arab, several restaurants and adults-only relaxation areas (Ora Spa).
The space
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, dish-washer and refrigerator / freezer, as well as cutlery and cooking utensils.
We also provide you with a washer / dryer within the unit, as well as bath towels and other basic amenities to make your stay special.
The apartment is situated within a 5-Star hotel and check-in will take place through the hotel reception. While staying with us, you have access to a range of hotel amenities, such as our adults-only Cabana pool. The community beach and family pool can be used too and is only a short walk away.
There is a 24 hours gym, sauna and steam room that are free to use, as well as a bright and modern co-working space.
The apartment is modern, has a king-sized bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower. There are plenty of wardrobes, small dining area and a Smart TV, in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We can place single extra beds inside the apartment for your convenience and to accommodate larger families.
Guest access
You will arrive at the Andaz Dubai The Palm Residence through the lobby area, where you have a dedicated reception desk, where a welcoming colleague will assist you at any time of the day, 24/7.
Once you checked in, after providing your identification documents, you will receive a key card that will provide you access to the apartment floors and apartment. Simple and easy!
Other things to note
Upon check-in, you are required to provide your government-issued passport.
As we are located in a 5-Star, branded hotel residence, we require a deposit of AED 200 per night to be provided upon check-in.
The deposit is refundable and will only be blocked on your credit card for incidentals you may use in the hotel restaurants or other facilities.
