*The cleaning fee covers your departure clean. You will always check-in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.
*Please note there will be late Cleaning cancellation charged if last minute extension is done. Stay extension should be informed one day before check out.
To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we do provide an initial supply of toilet paper, Towels, and other essentials but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional supplies.
The pool may sometimes be closed at short notice for maintenance or emergencies. Should such an event occur during your stay, we will not be held responsible.
