Two bedrooms:

The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, which can be combined into a full double bed if required – a flexible solution for demanding living needs. Custom-made built-in closets offer generous storage space in both rooms and blend harmoniously into the well thought-out design concept.
High-quality 55-inch flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms provide stylish entertainment in a private atmosphere.
Fresh bed linen is provided, of course.

The apartment has two high-quality bathrooms, which impress with noble materials and modern design.
The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub including an integrated shower function and invites you to relax in a stylish environment.

This beautiful apartment in the Address JBR offers not only stunning views and comfortable interiors, but also a variety of first-class amenities.
Experience the world’s highest infinity pool – a real highlight! Access is not free and costs between 470 AED and 1,100 AED depending on the season.
In addition, an elegantly designed, regular pool is available free of charge in the building – ideal for cooling off, sunbathing and enjoying your stay.
A separate, free fitness studio is exclusively available to the residents of the building and can also be used by our guests.
The direct and private access to the beach invites you to relax by the sea – with spectacular views of the Dubai Ain and Bluewaters Island.
Hotel amenities in the adjacent Address Hotel, such as spa and additional pools, are available for a fee.
A parking space is available – please register your license plate at the reception to activate the access.
And the location? Unbeatable. The JBR Walk is just a few steps away and offers a wealth of world-class restaurants, cafes, boutiques and leisure activities – all right outside your door.
Other things to note
According to local laws, we require a copy of the passport of all guests checking in so that they can be uploaded to the portal DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) and we can register you at the front desk of the tower to secure access to the building.
To avoid any delays and inconveniences, we kindly ask you to send all passes to the Black Forest Holiday Homes team at least 72 hours before the scheduled arrival.
Please note that a tourist tax is charged in Dubai, which is charged at the time of booking in addition to the nightly rate. This will be shown to you for each item when you pay.

Check Out: Until 11am (GMT +4) – Dubai local time.
